You may request a free first consultation which will take 1 hour, where you will be asked about the problem, a client form will be completed with personal and medical details entered. You can then experience a light trance where your body and mind can relax. No therapy will take place.
Or you can choose to enter into therapy immediately after completing the client form. The session will then take longer and the fee will be charged.
The amount of sessions required will be discussed; many simple problems can be overcome in one or two sessions but if a problem is more complex progress will be reviewed on a regular basis.
During hypnosis you will appear to be asleep but in fact you will remain conscious throughout and will always be in control, therefore if you want to terminate the sessions you are capable of doing so.
Your logical everyday mind can rest and allow your inner mind to access resources that will help you overcome a problem or issue that is upsetting the balance of your life.
These resources are held within us and even in the light trance they are accessible.
Hypnotherapy aims to help as quickly as possible.
